How to Troubleshoot HP PSC 1600 Printers

5-Open the printer’s top cover and wait for the cartridge carriage to stop moving. Remove the cartridges and peel off any defensive tape that is still over the cartridges’ copper contacts or nozzle region.

Will Not Turn On

1-Check the power card’s connections to the back of the printer and the power connector box. Inspect the power cord and replace it if you see any signs of cracking or part.

2-Connect a lamp into a similar outlet you have been utilizing for the printer to ensure the outlet is working. If the lamp does not turn on, check the circuit switch box to check whether the room’s switch has flipped.

3-Unplug the printer’s power cord from any surge defenders or backup battery sources. Connect the printer specifically to the electrical outlet.
